My fifth favorite tool for teaching is microsoft outlook. This tool can be used for keeping track of emails, keeping ahold of all your contacts, creating a schedule and to do list, and keeping track of the tasks you have completed for class. A math teacher would want to use this because it would help them keep track of the information on each kid and how to get ahold of their parents at any given time. If an emergence came up or a notification needed to be sent, a teacher would know exactly where to go and how to get the information to complete this task. It would also help them keep track of what all they need to get done and keep track of what they have done so they don't repeat tasks. This tool is efficient because it eliminates many laborious processes.
